A Testament
The following is a testament of Kevin James, a minister of Christ the Lord and God the Father. For it is a will of the Lord and a promise made to my Father God that I should make such testimony. Thus, in accordance, the words which I bring forward and scribe are in truth and are as much of a testament by the Spirit of Truth as they are of myself; for we act and speak as one in communion, by the consecration of the spirit for the purpose and glory of the Most High, and thus as it is required in such calling and subjugation of the sovereign King of Kings, Jesus Christ; I have hence now renounced citizenship of all states and nations aside from the Kingdom of God, which I loyally and solely serve.
Leading up to and on June 11, 2021, Mr. Fuge came to a revelation of many things. Most notably he came to understand the importance and requirement of the humility and self-sacrifice needed of a man to honor and uphold the lifelong covenant of holy matrimony and the everlasting covenant of God the Father through Christ, such covenant which guarantees the salvation of the race of man, man’s reconciliation to God the Father, and the forgiveness of sins through the blood of Christ and the power of His cross; that in faith man shall inherit His righteousness. Such revelations were welcomed by Mr. Fuge, comforting him in his time of need as he was desperate for a fruitful change in his quality of life and existence, having been used and abused in a physical, mental, and emotional manner by his spouse for close to twenty years.
It was a month previous, on May 12, 2021, and Mr. Fuge was in process of leaving his home in Holly, Michigan, where he resided with his wife and two children. Mr. Fuge was leaving to escape the continued violence and beratement of his spouse, Rebecca, who had been displaying very passive-aggressive, selfish and self-exalting, manipulative, controlling, power-grabbing, violent, defamatory, and irreverent acts and aggressions toward Mr. Fuge in far too much excess for it to remain safe for him to remain at home.
The excess of aggression and violence Mr. Fuge endured had been frequently consistent for the past month, day in and day out, since April 10, 2021. It was then that there was an argument between Mr. and Mrs. Fuge which resulted in Mr. Fuge being accosted and beaten by his spouse in front of their seven year old son, Winston, who then followed suit after his mother by kicking his father and calling him names because this treatment toward his father had become such common place that he now found it to be an allowed and accepted practice. In response to this, Mr. Fuge left the home for several days. Later that night Mrs. Fuge called Mr. Fuge and left a voicemail stating that their son had had an accident and was taken to the hospital and that Mr. Fuge needed to contact her right away. Mr. Fuge knew that this was just an excuse to get him to call her back so that she could threaten and berate him more, so after staying by the phone for the rest of the night in case his daughter, the hospital, or his wife might call again to inform of this being a real emergency; he heard nothing more as suspected. The following day Mr. Fuge did contact Mrs. Fuge to inquire about his son’s well-being and all that was given as an explanation was that Mrs. Fuge had been drinking and their son was ok. During the next couple of days Mr. Fuge reconciled with Mrs. Fuge over the phone, till he was finally assured by Mrs. Fuge that if he returned home then the arguments, beratement, and violence would cease. Mr. Fuge made it very clear that he had no interest in returning if this were not something which they could agree upon.
When returning home Mr. Fuge saw it was fit and safest for him to stay in the family’s garage which was detached from the home. Mr. Fuge saw no need to enter the home except to use the bathroom, to prepare food, or to do laundry. He felt only secure to sleep in the garage with the door locked. During this time of residing in the garage, when Mr. Fuge was at home and not at work, Mrs. Fuge was persistent in not allowing Mr. Fuge to have any amount of space away from her belittling, beratement, and argumentative aggressions. Several times it appeared that she might suddenly become violent again but refrained. One evening Mrs. Fuge even found it befitting for herself to tell Mr. Fuge that it would be best for him, herself, and her children, that if her were to kill himself it would be best for everyone and that he would no longer be a burden.
There came a time when Mrs. Fuge’s sister came to stay a couple of days at the home. Mrs. Fuge was so embarrassed by the situation in the home, particularly with Mr. Fuge residing in the garage, that Mr. Fuge came home from work that day to be informed by Rebecca that he was to reside in their son’s bedroom now and that room for some of his belongings and clothes had been made in his son’s dresser and closet. This created an argument because this was something which Mr. Fuge had not agreed to, he wanted to feel safer residing in the garage, also he wanted not to put his son out of the bedroom. In the end Mr. Fuge finally consented to this instruction to reside in his son’s bedroom to avoid further escalated conflict over the issue and to show that in good faith he was willing to compromise in the circumstances. Mr. Fuge saw it to be necessary to keep the peace; as having Rebecca seen to be shamefaced in any way by her friends or other family members would indeed result in another violent episode.
It was during this time that Mr. Fuge found that money was being taken out of their joint checking account by Rebecca and being transferred into a savings account which she had set up for only herself and their daughter to have access to. This had been done intentionally so that Mr. Fuge would not have access to this money. It was at this time that Mr. Fuge came to realize that both Rebecca and his daughter had been conspiring against him, he assumed for at least several months. Mr. Fuge assumed that whatever this plan or conspiracy may entail, it would consist of Rebecca taking both children and as much of the family’s money and property as could be taken while Mr. Fuge was away at work someday. Throughout this time Mr. Fuge pleaded with Mrs. Fuge for there to be any kind of a truce or reconciliation to be made between them. Mr. Fuge suggested that he would even like to take part in marriage counseling, but Mrs. Fuge was unreceptive to that. Instead, she threatened divorce, taking the children, and that her and their daughter were both prepared to testify against him in court. When asked about what it is that they would testify of, she diverted the question and resumed threats and belittling. Mr. Fuge continued to get nowhere with attempts to reconcile with Rebecca and instead continued to be shunned, mocked, belittled, berated, and falsely accused instead.
On May 12, 2021, Mr. Fuge returned home from work in the evening to find that Mrs. Fuge was wanting to argue and be combative, despite that he had just spent a couple hours on the phone with her earlier that day trying to talk her down and console her in any way he could. Rebecca ended up taking their son out to get some dinner after some arguing. While they were away and Mr. Fuge was home alone, he packed his car with as much needed and important property belonging to himself, as he could because he knew that he would no longer be able to reside there at the home without things resulting in another violent episode of his wife’s actions.
Mr. Fuge was very keen on his wife’s actions and body language and knew that she was about to have another violent outburst, as he had seen so many times in the past and over the course of the past twenty years. I do feel it important to bring to light a couple of these previous occurrences. In 2018 there was an argument between the couple, when seeing the signs of violence in Rebecca rise to their breaking point, Mr. Fuge lured Rebecca out of the home to take the violence out of the house and away from the children. Mr. Fuge knelt in the side yard of the home, kneeling in the snow with his hands clasped behind his back. He told Mrs. Fuge that if she must be violent and beat him, then he would not defend himself or try and stop her in any way. He told her that if this is what she must do to get past her anger, then it was worth being beat to help her get through it and past it, as he knew that she would not be satisfied till she had at least had blood and saw the result of her infliction and dominance. She ran up to him to kick him aside the head, but he flinched and cucked and she missed. She became furious and accused him of being a coward. Mr. Fuge apologized and requested her to try again and promised not to move. This time she came up and struck him aside the head with her knee, then when she had gotten couple of blows in, he was curled over with his face toward the ground, she then ran at him and punted his head like a football. Now the signs of the infliction were finally present, his face was swelling and split open in a few spots and the snow was now turning red where he knelt. Mr. Fuge said that he felt that was enough and Mrs. Fuge finally conceded. The following day at work Mr. Fuge was asked at the morning meeting table in front of around fifteen of his co-workers and his manager as to what had happened. Mr. Fuge explained that his porch was icy and he slipped and fell down the steps. Mr. Fuge’s friend and co-worker who knew of his home life blurted out saying, “No she didn’t!”. Mr. Fuge looked down in shame and would neither confirm nor deny the statement.
In 2005 Mr. Fuge traveled to his mother-in-law’s home in Grand Marais, He came there in high hopes of being able to reconcile with Mrs. Fuge who had ventured there after an argument they had at their home in Gwinn. When Mr. Fuge arrived, Mrs. Fuge let Mr. Fuge into the home. She was there alone with their daughter, Elladiss, who was around one year old at the time. Upon entering Mrs. Fuge became argumentative, she had a very fight or flight approach to having any conversation. Their daughter was in the travel crib, which was in the downstairs bedroom, Mrs. Fuge went into the bedroom and picked up their daughter, and then she proceeded into the kitchen. She then pulled out the largest butchering knife from the knife drawer and pursued Mr. Fuge the living room with it in her right hand and their daughter in her left. She had lashed out several times and then pressed the knife tip into Mr. Fuge’s chest, approximately two inches left of his left nipple. She was making threats and a threat to kill but only left a slight puncture womb from the tip of the knife and a couple scratches. It hardly bled and the womb sealed closed not long after. A witness across the street saw the incident through the large picture window in the living room, most likely having her attention drawn to the incident from the sound of Mrs. Fuge’s yelling and threatening. The witness contacted the state police to report the disturbance. When the state police arrived at the scene of the crime things had finally de-escalated. Mrs. Fuge had locked herself in the bathroom with their daughter for some time, and then the bedroom. Mr. Fuge was trying to console her from the living room. When two officers arrived, they first spoke with Mrs. Fuge in the bedroom, then escorted Mr. Fuge outside into the front yard to speak with him. They asked Mr. Fuge if he had been threatened and pursued with a large knife. Mr. Fuge told them that there was an argument and that was all. The officers asked him again a couple times what had happened and if there was ever a large knife involved somehow, and again Mr. Fuge denied any knowledge of there being more than an argument that occurred. The officers then recommended that if Mrs. Fuge was ever angry, it would be best to leave and be away from her till there might be a time her anger had subsided. Then the two officers left.
Mr. Fuge had denied what happened because he was afraid what might happen to his wife, if something happened to his wife then what would happen with his daughter, and he was afraid of what further harm would come to himself and their marriage if Mrs. Fuge had any more anger and a need for vengeance than she already did.
These are just a few examples of how Mr. Fuge could see and know accurately that it was a proper time for him to leave his home on May 12, 2021. Mrs. Fuge unfortunately returned home with their son having gone out to dinner, they returned before Mr. Fuge had finished packing to leave. Mrs. Fuge saw his car with the trunk open and full of his belongings. She was upset that he was leaving and told him that if he were to leave then he would never be welcome to return home again and that she would report to the authorities that he had abandoned both her and his children and that he would be in trouble for abandonment. Mrs. Fuge then started to argue more and make additional threats while Mr. Fuge tried to stay on task and finish packing and reasoning with her and consoling her at the same time. At one point, Mr. Fuge even told her that he would stay and not leave, to create less conflict. However, she then told Mr. Fuge to leave instead. She was seething through her teeth with anger, and it was becoming difficult for Mr. Fuge to understand everything that she was saying, but as she followed him into their garage, he was able to make out what sounded like her usual threats, that she consistently made, such as the threat of divorce¸ ruining Mr. Fuge’s life, taking his children so that he would never see them again, her and her daughter would testify against him, and she would make things for him as miserable as possible, all the while pacing back and forth in the garage and pushing and shoving Mr. Fuge whenever she would get within reach of him. Lately, when she had been argumentative, she would mock Mr. Fuge for flinching backward or covering his face or head when she would get near him. Mr. Fuge wanted to point out that this was exactly why that was so. Mrs. Fuge stood in the doorway of the garage where Mr. Fuge needed to exit, he was starting to feel trapped and cornered in the garage and wanted out. So as a last resort he approached Mrs. Fuge and hugged her around the shoulders, hoping to calm her and said, “I love you, honey” as he held her. This is something that Mr. Fuge had become accustomed to doing during these types of violent episodes. Often Mr. Fuge would have to grab her by the wrist and try to keep her still as he would tell her that she needed to quit hitting him or he would just hug and try to keep her still and tell her that she needs to stop. In general, after she came to tears, Mr. Fuge would know that she was done fighting and more aware of her own actions once again. However, this time since Mr. Fuge was not being overly forceful with her, she was able to pick up a nearby glass bottle, break it, and then stab and slash Mr. Fuge on his left forearm with the glass. When Mrs. Fuge broke free to get the bottle, she pushed Mr. Fuge’s right arm up over her shoulder, so his right arm was around her neck for the time it took her to break the bottle and stab and cut him. Mr. Fuge then went inside the house to clean his womb and search for bandages, Mrs. Fuge followed him into the house, now arguing that he tried to choke and berated him for dripping blood on her floor as he made his way to the bathroom. Their seven-year-old son, Winston, also mimicked the things Mrs. Fuge said about choking her and bleeding on the floor as he followed them into the house from outside. During this time Mrs. Fuge now proceeded to feed the family dog and then kennel it, as she prepared to leave the home with their son to go across town and pick up their daughter from her place of work. Before she left, Mr. Fuge pointed at his arm and said, “Look what you have done! Do you believe me now that you do me wrong!” Mrs. Fuge refused to answer or assist in helping to treat the wombs. This had now completely changed the mind of Mr. Fuge that he should be the one to leave the home and thereby leave Mrs. Fuge to be in charge of the home and the children, and so he told her, “I think that you need to leave this time and feel free to leave my children and my dog here!” Then Mrs. Fuge put their son into Mr. Fuge’s other vehicle which was not packed full of his belongings and left. As she pulled out of the drive Mr. Fuge yelled at her, “If you leave then do not come back because you will never be welcome here!” Repeating what she had told him earlier because he wanted her to know and realize what it felt like and sounded like to be spoke to in such a way by the person you thought that you could trust and rely upon more than any other.
Later that night Mr. Fuge was arrested at home because Mrs. Fuge falsely reported to the police that he had attacked her and she had to cut him for her self-defense. Mr. Fuge was then taken to the hospital to be treated. At the hospital the doctor who treated Mr. Fuge told him that he had one of the worst lacerations and stab wombs that he had seen in a very long time. It took hours to have stitches placed on top of stitches to repair the arm. Even now, over a year later, Mr. Fuge still has throbbing pains in his arm. Mr. Fuge was taken to jail from the hospital and was released a couple of days later.
Upon being released from jail, Mr. Fuge could not return home due to a no contact order. Therefore, Mr. Fuge returned home once with a police escort to retrieve his vehicle which had been packed with his things previously and a few other belongings. Not to his surprise he found that items in the home were being packed up in boxes, evidence of Rebecca moving out of the house in preparations to take their children with her, as she had promised she would do so many times before in her outburst of rage. This series of events left Mr. Fuge overwhelmed and victimized. Mr. Fuge had now not only become the victim of false accusation, but also now more public defamation being compiled with physical, mental, and emotional abuse, the resurgence of earlier traumas, and an inability to return home or to his place of work; due to his injuries which would take weeks to heal.
Therefore, now with no better option, Mr. Fuge went to stay temporarily with a friend and co-worker who had opened his home to him months previously when he had become aware of the troubles which Mr. Fuge faced at home. When Mr. Fuge first arrived at this co-worker’s home, the first thing his friend said to him was, “She could have killed you this time.” It was at that moment that Mr. Fuge realized his friend was correct and that he had not been seeing things clearly due to having much guilt, denial, and now he realized some form of battered wife syndrome as well.
Coming back around now to Mr. Fuge on June 11,2021. After the series of events which he had been through, Mr. Fuge no longer had a will to live or bear any other conflicts in life. Mr. Fuge wanted what he knew would be best for his wife and children and decided that the only solution was to break the cycle of violence which had plagued his family for so long. Knowing fully well that he would not be able or willing to live in the shame and dishonor in having become such a failed unwanted, undesired, and cuckolder of a husband and father, and that also as long as he lived he would in no way or in any good conscience have the ability or will to not persists in attempting to reconcile with his wife and children, Mr. Fuge saw it fit to give up his life in prayer to Christ, pleading with the Lord to show him how to die, to break the bond of the covenant of marriage which joins him to his wife until death, in hopes that they could both be freed from of it and the sins of divorce and violence which would be adulterous, that he might somehow have a peaceful afterlife where if the Lord granted him what he wished, then he would rest in complete absence of existence with no thought or memory. Mr. Fuge had also concluded that his wife was correct when she told him that it would be best for himself, her, and their children, if he would just kill himself.
Furthermore, it is at this time where and when the motive and course of action was decided upon, for Mr. Fuge’s actions, which he conducted and performed on the following day June 12, 2021, being the day Mr. Fuge had allegedly committed the crime of ‘aggravated stalking’. This being the alleged crime Mr. Fuge had recently pleaded no-contest to because he has been yet again falsely accused and vilified.
So, having given up and surrendered to prayer on June 11, 2021, Mr. Fuge was astonished, humbled, and filled with great spirit, faith, and hope when his prayers were answered. The Elohim was manifest before him as the Lamb of God. The Lamb was pure with seven horns and seven eyes. As the Lamb walked toward Mr. Fuge, it took his ability to move away, lifted Mr. Fuge upright and filled him with grace and the Holy Spirit. The Lamb then transformed into the form of Jesus Christ as a man and the Lord said, “Walk with Me.” Mr. Fuge inclined and was able to walk forward to follow, but then as quickly as the Lord was visibly present, he had also vanished. However, the infilling of the Spirit remained.
The remainder of that day and through the night Mr. Fuge remained in communion with the Spirit. Through the wisdom of the Lord and or His purpose Mr. Fuge was directed to regain composure and order in his life and affairs. Mr. Fuge was informed in and by the Spirit that it was needed for him to take a proper action toward knowing the whereabouts of his children and their safety and well-being, that he needed to reacquire and exchange his vehicle which Rebecca had taken without consent, as he was solely liable and responsible for it, since that vehicle was only titled and registered in his name unlike the vehicle he was currently driving which was titled and registered in both of their names. Knowing the location and the welfare of his children would determine two things, first, he would then know that if they were in Sault Ste. Marie, where he suspected, then he would search out the current options of housing in the area so that when it would come to having shared custody of his children it would then be more convenient for him and he preferred to claim residency in the same area as Mrs. Fuge so that she would then be required to reside with the children within an acceptable proximity of him having shared custody of the children. Second, Mr. Fuge knew that if it was found that Mrs. Fuge had taken their children to live with members of her family for the time being then he did not need to worry as much about the children’s safety while being with Mrs. Fuge in her irrational, volatile, and possibly violent state, as he knew that Mrs. Fuge would never act a fool or more shamefully in front of the members of her family, if she was living alone with the children then he feared the possibility of one of them taking his place as the subject for her abuse in his absence. Additionally, Mr. Fuge also sought to have visual confirmation that Mrs. Fuge and the children were now in fact no longer residing at their home in Holly, Mi. He wished to know this as a fact so that when he was to attend a hearing for court in Oakland County that following Monday, June 14, 2021; he would then be able to provide this factual information to the court and demand that he be allowed to return home to his residence in Holly, and no longer be living as a homeless person who paid a mortgage, as he had been doing for the past month. In Mr. Fuge’s contemplations of these matters between himself and the Spirit, it was seen clearly, and still is, that the actions of traveling to Sault Ste. Marie to investigate these matters were and are logical, ethical, wise, just, responsible, and loving and caring.
Therefore, on Saturday June 12, 2021, Mr. Fuge traveled to Sault Ste. Marie to investigate. Upon arriving in town Mr. Fuge drove by several apartment complexes, tribal housing, and generally around town to see if he could spot his vehicle which Mrs. Fuge decided to steal when she kidnapped their children as a vengeful spouse, having for a month not said a word herself or through any of the family, about where they were, what her intentions were, and what her plan was in concerns to any real property or other belongings which the family shared. Mr. Fuge knew that if he were to get any answers then he would also have to speak with someone in her family in town and that he would have to go to question them in person because he knew that through his wife’s Facebook messenger that she had instructed all the members of the family to not message, contact, or speak to Mr. Fuge. However, before he could go and question those in her family, he had to investigate to be certain that where he was going, Rebecca would not be there if she were in town.
After driving in town for a while and not seeing his vehicle anywhere, Mr. Fuge got hungry and went to Burger King’s drive-thru. After getting dinner he went to Meyer to finish his meal and then go shopping and stretch his legs because he had been in the car and on the road for the past six hours. When halfway finished with the meal, Mr. Fuge noticed his vehicle pulled up into the Meyer parking lot. Since he had no will or intent to make contact with Mrs. Fuge, Mr. Fuge panicked, threw his burger down to the floorboard of the car and proceeded to leave the parking lot. As he was pulling out of the parking lot, he noticed that the vehicle; he presumed Mrs. Fuge was driving, back out of its parking space and then come his direction. Mr. Fuge headed to the far end of the parking lot to find an exit but did not find one, he then realized that he had just passed the las available exit and would have to turn around. However, he saw now that his vehicle was following him because it had just passed up the same exit as well. So, instead of turning around he decided to drive around the back of the store and then exit at the opposite corner. Mr. Fuge tried to quickly make his way to the other exit but was then cut off by his vehicle at the intersection in front of the store by whoever was driving his vehicle. It is at this time Mr. Fuge realized that it must be without doubt, his wife driving that vehicle and following and cutting him off, as he knew of no other who would pursue him so aggressively. Mr. Fuge could not see clearly the driver of the vehicle because of the glare of the sun on its windshield. It was their right of way at the intersection and their turn to proceed through because they were there before him waiting, but the vehicle did not move. Mr. Fuge threw both of his hands up and motioned to the vehicle to move as it was their turn to go, and still, it did not move. So, Mr. Fuge took off out the exit and then hurried westward down the main road heading toward Brimley. Mr. Fuge went between a quarter to a half mile west and pulled quickly into a half circle drive on the north and then stopped for a couple of minutes to observe the cars which were now passing on by which had been behind him on the road, as he wanted to see if he was still being followed. He did not see his vehicle following him, so he went back in the direction he had just come to see if his vehicle was still anywhere around the area of the Meijer store. He did not see it. He drove also then toward Burger King and Wal-Mart and did not see the vehicle.
Mr. Fuge now knew that his wife was in town, for sure and beyond question, he decided that he needed to find out where in town for certain, as she still seemed to be acting aggressively and he feared for his children’s well-being. The closest place from there to check to see where his vehicle may have gone to and to be parked, if she had gone back to where she was staying, would be her sister’s home on W. 6th Ave. So, Mr. Fuge turned around at Burger King, drove by Mejer again and did not see his vehicle, and then proceeded to W. 6th Ave area. It is alleged that Mr. Fuge followed Mrs. Fuge from Meyer. This is not true. Mr. Fuge drove by the Meyer store twice to be sure that Mrs. Fuge was no longer at Meyer or anywhere else in sight. Mr. Fuge headed to W. 6th Ave from Meyer and still did not see Mrs. Fuge or his vehicle. The only vehicle which Mr. Fuge followed on the way to W. 6th Ave was a white SUV of some type, it was far enough ahead of him that he could not make out the make or model, just the color and size of the vehicle. When approaching W. 6th Ave. from the south via Fass Hill, Mr. Fuge drove slowly to observe his sister-in-law’s home at the bottom of the hill on W. 6th Ave. He did not see any residents at or around the home and he did not see his vehicle, but to be certain he cautiously drove down an alleyway across the street and behind the adjacent homes, to get a closer look, but to not get too close to the home, in case Mrs. Fuge was possibly coming to there from the eastward direction, since he did not see or there or on the way there. He again did not see his vehicle, only his brother-in-law’s sedan parked in the driveway. Mr. Fuge thought about going to knock on their door to talk to at least his brother-in-law who was likely to be there but drove on to be cautious. Mr. Fuge decided that first he would drive by his wife’s aunt’s home on Young St. to see if his vehicle might be there. If it was, then he knew that it would be safe for him to go back to his brother-in-law’s home to speak with him. Mr. Fuge did not see his vehicle there at Young St.
So, Mr. Fuge drove around and circled back and forth between both locations again and did not see his vehicle, so he went to the east by tribal housing again to see if he would see it around there but did not. So, he decided it was time to talk to his brother-in-law. Mr. Fuge drove again by W. 6th Ave. from Fass Hill, did not see his vehicle, then headed toward W. Pier St. area to see if his vehicle might be coming from the opposite way again, but he did not see it. However, Mr. Fuge did see a city of Sault Ste. Marie patrol car and an officer who looked at him awkwardly for a lengthy amount of time. Mr. Fuge immediately thought, what has my wife falsely accused me of this time, and so he drove toward Clyde’s Diner to see if the patrol car intended to follow him. Of course it did, so Mr. Fuge pulled into the Diner parking lot. Mr. Fuge had parked, exited the vehicle, and placed his keys and wallet on the roof of the car and intended to strip down to his underwear to prove that he was harmless and with no weapons or intent to flee when the officer approached. As he prepared to strip the officer pulled in with his lights flashing and yelled at Mr. Fuge to get back into his vehicle, so Mr. Fuge did so.
Numerous questions were asked about what Mr. Fuge was doing currently in town. Mr. Fuge tried to explain, however the officer decided to conclude that the only business Mr. Fuge had in “His Town” was for Mr. Fuge to pursue and harass his wife with some type of aggression or ill intent. The inflection in the officer’s voice and the way he spoke implied that Mr. Fuge was a troublemaker from downstate MI, who had no business in “His Town”. Little to his knowledge, Mr. Fuge had been a former resident of the local community for a couple of years and had resided more years in the U.P. of MI than anywhere else in the U.S.A. Therefore, Mr. Fuge saw no point in having any more of a debate or discussion with a person who was acting so unprofessionally and unable to see past their own bias and prejudices. Mr. Fuge consented to a search of his vehicle and directed officers to his Medical Marijuana Patient Registry Card in his wallet so that they would be aware of his medical marijuana patient rights as protected by law and such rights being decided by the Michigan Supreme Court, to be rights that cannot be infringed upon, even to patients on probation, parole, or bond. Mr. Fuge knew that this would be needed when the marijuana in his possession would be found in his backpack in the vehicle.
Mr. Fuge was then informed that he was in violation of a personal protection order which had not yet been served to him. Therefore, he was served the personal protection order at that time. However, instead of being allowed to comply with the order, he was arrested and taken to jail. Upon arriving at the jail, Mr. Fuge felt the Holy Spirit leave him and grieve and reject the unholy place. This left Mr. Fuge quite disoriented and now without the comfort and assurance of the Spirit. Mr. Fuge had a panic attack, the sort which is triggered when current trauma triggers his (PTSD) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This condition Mr. Fuge developed as a child who had been sexually used and manipulated on two occasions, commonly beat up after school, beaten into unconsciousness at home, nearly strangled to death once by a crazed student at school, nearly strangled to death in a garage behind his father’s office building where he would play; this was by a true killer “John Burlingame” who was later convicted of manslaughter when he shot a deer hunter wearing all orange 5 times with a high powered rifle, Fuge was also held hostage by an older boy “Field Wolf” for hours, being forced to remain seated on a couch with a loaded 7.62 Chinese make SKS assault rifle, then later in life the nearly 20 years of abuse he endured throughout his marriage. Nevertheless, as accustomed to these attacks as Mr. Fuge was, he could not regain composure, passed out and fell to the floor before he could be booked into jail.
Mr. Fuge was taken to War Memorial Hospital for testing and diagnosis. At the hospital the doctor was not sure what had physically caused the blackout and said that it could have been caused by low blood pressure. When Mr. Fuge came to and regained consciousness in the hospital bed, the officer who was there asked if Mr. Fuge would make a statement. Mr. Fuge agreed and so for the first time was read his Miranda rights. Mr. Fuge was then taken back to the jail and booked. Thus, it is where he has now remained for nearly 15 months without an attainable bond or a proper public defender who will act and file motions accordingly for his client’s best interest and defense, thereby leaving Mr. Fuge to study court rules and file motion on his own accord.
During his time so far at Chippewa County Correctional Facility, Mr. Fuge has witnessed many things aside from the correction of anything or anyone. In fact it has come to be no surprise that what is evident consistently is that any type o correction to be had by means of force and or retributive justice, only creates a more polarized environment where the oppressors become more oppressive and the oppressed become pushed further away from conformity and closer to vengeance and retribution of their own as a result. This seems to be quite a futile approach to the correction of anything. Therefore, for all involved, I pray that the wisdom which can only come from the Lord will shed light upon the benefits of restorative justice, incorruptible judgement, and the absolute folly that is the separation of church and state; which is treason toward the Kingdom of God, disobedience and irreverence toward God our Father, and a direct violation of divine law and commandment.
As a Minister, a Christian, and an Ambassador of Christ, I would be negligent of duty and service, a sinner in complacency, and an enabler of injustice and continued wickedness in sin, to not bring forward and into the light this admonishment and truth of such transgressions. For shame, is this how a love and respect for our God and our Father is shown above and before all things? Is this a proper way to show love and respect for all our brothers and sisters? Why should mercy be shown where no mercy has been given? Forgiveness and mercy are to be exchanged equally and in communion and understanding with repentance to yield and produce reconciliation. This cannot possibly be achieved by means of retribution and a forced conformity or forced repentance. This can only be done by setting a just and righteous example, having righteous judgement, restorative justice, and a more divine sense of love and caring for one another, both the good and the bad, all sinners and those reconciled, the just and the wicked. For the Lord brings his rain and love to the just and the wicked who all live under the same sun and share the same Kingdom of His creation.
Without question, a court established of a government which governs in a separation of church and state is thereby a pagan court. Shall a pagan court fool a Christian into the belief that such pagan court has any soy or authority concerning the covenant of holy matrimony? Shall a pagan court assume to have any say or authority upon the inner workings of the roles of man and wife and mother and father in a Christian home? Shall a pagan court have any expectation of a Christian man or woman to concede or give concession to the pagan court’s judgements, decisions, and orders concerning parental rights and custody? Shall a Christian believe that a pagan court is a court consisting of their peers? Would not in truth a Christian’s peers be those who serve the Lord and the Kingdom first and above all things? Are they not those who serve in faith and spirit and service to only God, their Father, and Creator and that is devoid of service, conformity, and tribute to toward that of any pagan or world or national power or system or institution?
This world, which is in sway with the wicked one, consisting of all the world powers, systems, governments, heretical groups and institutions are enmity to God, are seen as nothing more than a drop in a bucket and considered to be next to nothing and worthless. Like dust upon the scales. Shall any of that which is enmity to God be of authority to judge or condemn God’s elect? Certainly not that which is enmity to the Lord or His Kingdom or His people. Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is one who condemns? It is Christ who died, and is risen, who is seated at the right hand of my Father God, and is He who makes intercession for us.
May God have mercy upon all those who are treasonous and like Pios devils who serve more than one master, who serve a pagan court instead of the Lord, who are all guilty and accessories to the crimes of unrighteous persecution, prosecution, judgement, and condemnation of God’s people and God’s elect. For through mine eyes and the eyes of His people He knows all these crimes and the human trafficking, manipulation, and captivity of His people. The ransom is paid in full, release those He has set free, but you do not set them free. Kevin Fuge has died and Kevin James has risen and I am full of power and righteous indignation by the Spirit of the Lord, and of righteous justice and might to declare to this people their transgressions and to this state and this nation its sin.
So now hear this, you heads of the people and you rulers of these lands, who abhor justice and pervert all equity, who build up our lands and our people with bloodshed and our nation with iniquity: Your heads judge for a bribe, your priests teach and preach for pay, and your prophets divine for money. Yet, many lean on the Lord and say “Is not the Lord among us. No harm can come to us”. Remember how those who raised Him up thought they did their God a service. Therefore, because of you, your rotten fruit, and services to the principalities of darkness, all your cities shall be plowed like a field, your nation shall become a heap of ruins. For what is done unto God’s people or a member of the body of Christ is done to Christ Himself. Likewise, all vengeance in the name of Christ is given to Christ for the pleasure of His purpose in His second coming and consummation of all things and creation, as He is the preeminent Creator and sovereign Power and Authority overall, as He is I AM.
Know that He has opened the fifth seal of the great scroll, so very soon now He will surely come, and He will come quickly, He will avenge the blood of all the martyrs and my brethren who I envy, as they have fallen in His name. Know and see clearly and obviously that I am no judge and only rightfully here to guide, minister, equip, chasten, and admonish on behalf of my Father’s Kingdom, yet this is His Word and it is His word that will judge upon the day of the Lord. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess before Him. Therefore, take heed to this the word and will of God and make paths straight which are crooked before He comes. Repent for the Kingdom of God comes near. I shall be a soldier for Christ, knock the dirt of this place from me as I depart, pray for it to be better for the Sault than it was for Sodom and Gomora, and set out for the next persecution while spreading the word of the Lord.
And to conclude, I must profess that the most valuable thing I’ve learned in life so far, next to humility, is this:
“For every law, commandment, doctrine, tradition, or philosophy of man, which I purge and cleanse myself of and renounce; I am only then able and at liberty to accept a law, commandment, doctrine, tradition, or philosophy of God, without hypocrisy.”
To all, may the Lord bless you and keep you- Amen
